The Federal System of Care (SOC) grant that supported the PA Care Partnership ended on 8/30/25, which brought the work of the PA Care Partnership to a close. The PA Care Partnership was a statewide System of Care cooperative agreement and one of many System of Care communities throughout the country that worked to bring youth leaders, family leaders, and system leaders together in equal partnership to integrate the child-serving systems. YFTI is continuing the work in the spirit of the PA Care Partnership by maintaining state and federal System of Care resources under the name of Cross-System Collaboration resources. YFTI will support the continued dissemination of resources for cross-system collaboration and will provide training that gives skills to the workforce serving children, youth, and young adults.
Webinars and Trainings
YFTI is offering new webinars and trainings that will provide the workforce across Pennsylvania resources for cross-system collaboration to enhance their skills, building confidence and competence in any role they serve in their local community.
These topics will be presented in a 90-minute webinar format and will be also available to be delivered as half-day trainings available to a targeted workforce in your community upon request.
