Upcoming Webinars

YFTI is offering a series of webinars and trainings to provide the workforce across Pennsylvania resources for cross-system collaboration that will enhance their skills, building confidence and competence in any role they serve in their local community.

Upcoming topics include:

May 20, 2026 – 12:00 to 1:30 p.m.

Managing team dynamics means noticing shifts in participation, emotion, and momentum, and responding intentionally, so the meeting stays inclusive, focused, and productive. Fluid facilitation is the ability to adapt in real time by choosing the right facilitation skill for what’s happening in the room, rather than rigidly following a plan. Together, these practices help facilitators protect family voice, reduce tension, navigate conflict, and guide groups toward shared understanding, integrated solutions, and shared ownership—even when meetings get hard.

June 17, 2026 – 12:00 to 1:30 p.m.

This webinar introduces core helping skills and facilitative interpersonal skills (FIS) essential for professionals working across therapeutic and helping settings. Participants will explore practical, real‑world examples of how these skills support engagement, collaboration, and positive change. The webinar also highlights how these approaches can be flexibly applied to meet the needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of strengths and challenges.
