Victor Waddell
Systems Analyst
Victor Waddell is a Systems Analyst on the Data Integration team at the Youth and Family Training Institute. In his role, he develops custom SQL-based dashboards to support data reporting and analysis for programs focused on youth and family services.
Victor graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and a minor in Information Security, Privacy, and Policy. During his internships, he had the opportunity to leverage his background in information systems to actively develop skills such as software development, AI-driven solutions, UI/UX design principles, and writing technical proposals.
Outside of work, Victor enjoys gaming, both casually and competitively, music, and plants.
