Jaime Marshall

Training and Implementation Coordinator

Jaime Marshall is a Training and Implementation Coordinator with the Youth and Family Training Institute (YFTI). For nineteen years prior to joining YFTI, she had been an educator within Pennsylvania’s public schools. She served as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and instructional coach. As an instructional coach she provided professional development to administrators, teachers, and staff aiding in the implementation of various initiatives, using data to inform instructional practices, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement for both professionals and students. In addition to her work in Pennsylvania’s public schools, she also served as an Adjunct Professor for graduate studies in education for Wilson College.

Jaime completed both her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at Penn State.

Jaime is married to her amazing husband, Tim, and is the proud parent of two children. Jaime also has a trusty companion in her dog Figgy. She is an avid knitter, and loves reading, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.
