Bryon Luke

Director of Program Implementation

Bryon K.  Luke MSS, is the Director of Program Implementation at the Youth and Family Training Institute (YFTI) and a licensed social worker in PA.  His role is to provide leadership to the planning and treatment models that YFTI supports through training and technical assistance. These programs include High Fidelity Wrapround, Family Based Mental Health Services, Family Driven Case Management, Family Navigator, and Parent Peer Training.   Bryon is trained in sociology and social work and obtained his master’s degree in social service from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.

Prior to coming to YFTI, Bryon has worked in non-profit community-based children’s behavioral health and child welfare for over 30 years and brings those lessons learned from program implementation and leadership in System of Care settings his to work here.  He has been a social worker, therapist, program director and senior leader in many levels of care including Residential Treatment; Foster Care; Family, Individual and Play therapy; High Fidelity Wraparound; Family Based Services; Drug and Alcohol prevention; and other community based person-centered planning models. Bryon has dedicated himself to the work of serving youth and families with compassion and care, and mentoring others to do the same.  He likes to cook, have travel adventures, and be with family and friends.
