Alice Chrostowski

Statewide Credentialing Coach

Alice worked as a credentialed High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Facilitator for twelve years in Erie County prior to coming to the Youth and Family Training Institute (YFTI). She joined YFTI in August of 2020 as a Statewide Credentialing Coach and Trainer. Alice has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Before becoming a HFW Facilitator, Alice spent time in classrooms as a Therapeutic Staff Support.

Except for leaving to attend college, Alice has always lived in Erie, Pennsylvania. In 2018, she took on the role as sole caregiver for her Goddaughter and loves being a parent. Most of her free time is spent with family and friends. She also likes to read mystery novels.

Alice believes the HFW process is very important to families because it teaches them how to prioritize needs and then create goals to meet those needs. She feels strongly about the natural support principle because of the incredible support system she has in her own life. Being a Statewide Credentialing Coach and Trainer gives Alice the opportunity to coach workforce members in various counties and ability to help families across the state.
