Daniel Fisher

Director of Training & Implementation

Daniel Fisher is the Director of Training and Implementation at the Youth and Family Training Institute at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. With a background in community-based mental health, Daniel has extensive experience leading teams to serve families and their communities in a strength-based and community-focused manner.

Daniel began his career as a family based clinician before transitioning into a leadership role as a High Fidelity Wraparound Coach Supervisor. In this position, he developed his leadership skills and took on significant responsibilities within his community, working with various child-serving systems to build relationships and connect people for the benefit of youth and families. He later specialized in first episode psychosis, where he created and led a multidisciplinary team, successfully integrating system of care standards into the program. Daniel’s expertise includes system of care, program evaluation, and program implementation.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington. He resides in Delaware County with this two daughters, Isla and Violet. In his free time, Daniel enjoys sports, dance, and spending quality time with his family.
