Stephen Terhorst

Stephen Terhorst is a Senior Systems Analyst at the Youth and Family Training Institute (YFTI). He is responsible for the management and optimization of the Institutes internal databases and interfaces. As well as the development and auditing of the data dashboards. His work ensures the smooth operation of critical systems that help drive data-driven decision-making and program success.

Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and an Associate of Science in Technical Studies from California University of Pennsylvania. Throughout his academic career, he developed skills in areas such as application development, database management, and analyzing systems.

Before joining YFTI, Stephen gained hands-on experience as an Application Developer during an internship at the Washington Greene County Job Training Agency (WGJTA). There, he designed and implemented a registration system for four CareerLink Centers in the Southwest region. This opportunity gave him valuable experience in all stages of the System Development Life Cycle.

Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as other hobbies including fishing, kayaking, & PC gaming.
