System of Care Resources

The Federal System of Care (SOC) grant that supported the PA Care Partnership ends on 8/30/25, which will bring the work of the PA Care Partnership to a close in its current format. The PA Care Partnership is a statewide System of Care cooperative agreement and one of many System of Care communities throughout the country working to bring youth leaders, family leaders, and system leaders together in equal partnership to integrate the child-serving systems. We are pleased to announce that YFTI will continue the work in the spirit of the PA System of Care by maintaining the resources developed by the PA Care Partnership as well as providing ongoing training supporting SOC values. YFTI will support the continued dissemination of SOC resources and will provide training that gives skills to the workforce serving children, youth and young adult serving systems.

YFTI will be offering webinars and trainings that will provide the workforce across Pennsylvania a “System of Care Toolkit” to enhance their skills, building confidence and competence in any role they serve in their local community.

These topics will be presented in a 90-minute webinar format and will be also available to be delivered as half-day trainings available to a targeted workforce in your community upon request.

The topics include:
