Eileen Domin is an Administrative Coordinator for the Youth and Family Training Institute (YFTI) which is a part of the University of Pittsburgh. She is responsible for managing participant payments, entering and managing data tracking, and providing web-based and HP Teleform data entry services for the numerous grants her team supports. Eileen is also responsible for maintaining a tracking database for the National Evaluation, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) National Outcome Measures (NOMS) and High Fidelity Wraparound outcome and fidelity studies.
Before starting her employment with YFTI, Eileen was a Staffing Specialist Supervisor for a staffing company for almost 13 years where she oversaw all recruiting, screening, interviewing, and selecting all temporary applications charge for two offices. Eileen wrote and implemented policies and procedures and processed payroll and skill assessment tests. She has held positions as a Sales Manager and Account Manager for a national company that specialized in the background checks for employment for Disney, various airlines, insurance companies, and a multitude of other businesses, and also previously owned a manufacturing facility.
Eileen attended the Franciscan University in Ohio, is married, and has four children and five grandchildren.
