Youth with multi-system involvement is a requirement, focusing on deferring from Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) placement or preventing repeat admissions or stabilizing youth with community placements (either home with their families or in foster/group homes).
Youth with adoption goals and no family identified.
10 spots are reserved for the district attorney’s office initiative to divert girls ages 10-12 from the delinquent system.
