High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW)
 

Tanya Walburn, M.S.W., L.S.W.

Tanya Walburn is the Pennsylvania High Fidelity Wraparound statewide coach at the Youth and Family Training Institute (YFTI).  Tanya provides regular coaching and credentialing activities for the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) workforce as they become credentialed and begin implementing the HFW model in their counties.  She is responsible for providing on-site, video, Skype and phone coaching throughout Pennsylvania.  Tanya will also provide training for the High Fidelity Wraparound workforce in coordination with the YFTI Training Coordinator.

Doreen H. Barkowitz, M.S.W., L.S.W.

Doreen Barkowitz joined the Youth and Family Training Institute in March 2011 as the Training Coordinator. Doreen has been involved in improving the lives of children, adolescents and young adults, and their families in many capacities during her career. She has trained professionals who work with youth with behavioral health and substance abuse issues, and those working with youth on the autism spectrum.

Dave A. Ozias, B.S.

Dave worked as a HFW Facilitator for nearly four years in Fayette County prior to coming to the Youth and Family Training Institute (YFTI). He became certified as a co-trainer for the Five Day High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) Team Training shortly before joining YFTI. Dave loves the HFW process because it reminds him of our country's roots... a time when people helped their neighbors.

Chad Owens, CPS

Chad Owens is the statewide Youth Support Partner Specialist at the Youth and Family Training Institute (YFTI), a co-trainer for the Institute and a Certified Peer Specialist.

Jennifer Lichok, B.A.

Jennifer joined the Youth and Family Training Institute in September 2015 as a research project assistant. She provides administrative support to YFTI, as well as coordinating trainings for Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic's Family Based Mental Health Services.

Evaluation Team
 

Monica Walker Payne, M.A.

Monica is the Evaluation Director of the Youth and Family Training Institute and an Adjunct Instructor in Psychiatry in the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.  Her team is responsible for the outcomes, process, fidelity, and satisfaction data collection for PA counties implementing High Fidelity Wraparound.  Her team is also contracted to work with five SAMHSA Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) grants and three SAMHSA Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) grants, supervising the data collection, data analysis, and continuous quality improvement efforts throughout 40 partner counties in Pennsylvania.

Will  is the Database Manager for the evaluation team of the PA System of Care Partnership, and collaborates with the Youth and Family Training Institute on projects and outcome data.  He is responsible for protecting the integrity and confidentiality of data and information, including analyzing department activities and performing quality control checks on the database.

Eileen Domin

Eileen Domin is an Administrative Coordinator for the Youth and Family Training Institute and the PA System of Care Partnership. She is responsible for managing participant payments, entering and managing data tracking, and providing web-based and HP Teleform data entry services to the System of Care Partnership.

Samantha Pulleo, B.S.

Samantha is a Systems Analyst for the Youth and Family Training Institute (YFTI). She is responsible for working with incoming data from PA counties implementing High Fidelity Wraparound as well as the numerous SAMHSA grants her team is contracted to work with including BHARP, Erie-Luzerne, and Allegheny. She performs data analysis and develops interactive dashboards which allow these partners to utilize their data to make informed decisions and improvements. She also supports and provides maintenance for various databases to assist in ensuring the integrity of the data.

AnnaMaria is the Research Project Coordinator for the Youth and Family Training Institute. She is responsible for tracking and monitoring the data for all of the grants, as well as supervising the interviewers for the Allegheny, Erie/Luzerne, and Pennsylvania system of care grants.

Wendi has been a member of the Pennsylvania System of Care Partnership and the University Of Pittsburgh Medical Center since 2012. She worked in Pennsylvania State Government for over 26 years.

Ed has been a member of The Pennsylvania System of Care Partnership and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center since 2012 and has been working in the Mental Health field for the last 14 years since retiring from his career as an Executive in the Staffing Industry for over 25 years.

Kenneth C. Nash, M.D. is a Co-Principal Investigator (PI) on the five-year grant funded by the Pennsylvania Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS) and awarded to Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic to create the Youth and Family Training Institute. Kenneth C. Nash, M.D., M.M.M. is the Chief of Clinical Services at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center which is nationally ranked as one of the top mental health systems in the United States.
